Cerified Pre-Owned means devices that has passed a 30+ point quality check. We only source phones that are in excellent condition to give you the best possible deals.

Note : These aren’t phones that have been refurbished, just phones that have previously been used and tested to certify a perfectly working , pre-loved device.

We accept credit card payment, Mobicred, Bitcoin and Debit Card payments. These payment methods however incur an extra cost. This is because Mobicred charges us for processing of these payment methods. Since we our markups aren’t too much we are forced to charge this fee.

We also accept COC and EFT . COC is only available in Pretoria and Cape Town. This requires a non refundable R200 delivery deposit. EFT payment incurs no extra charge.

We are usually very fast with delivery (withing 2 days) but please allow up to 14 days for some orders. If you require the device urgently please enquire up front.

We use Payfast to process any credit card payments. Payfast is South Africas leading payment processing company and we never see you card details.

If you are unsure about using your credit card you can use EFT payment option.

Certified Pre Owned Devices usually comes in the original box with charging plug and Cable. We refrain from using second hand earphones for hygienic purposes.

Simply browse through our list of products and check to see what you like. Then click on “add to cart” after clicking add to cart click on the cart button at the top right of your screen. When on the cart page click on “proceed to checkout”. On the checkout page fill in your details and choose the payment method you want to use. Choose EFt to make a direct transfer into our bank account. Choose Credit Card if you want to pay by Credit card or with Mobicred. Choose cash on delivery if you want to pay with cash.

When paying via EFT please email us proof of payment to sales@thecellstore.co.za .

We are well aware of the risks associated with any electronics. Please make an appointment with us if you want to come collect your device from our office. We dont keep any phones at our premises. If you want to collect from our office please call and make arrangements before coming. We prefer cash due to EFT scams. Please note if we have any doubt whatsoever that your EFT is not legit we may ask you to come back once the money reflects.

Special Import devices are devices that are imported directly from our suppliers per order. These devices required upfront payment and cant be returned due to change of mind at any point after payment has been made. Warranty is honored by TheCellStore

When an item is on Backorder it means we have received payments for more devices that we currently have in stock. We thus fulfill paid orders in the order that they are paid as soon as stock arrives. Paid Backorders usually take 5-7 business days to deliver instead of 2

Our business model allows customers to sell their unwanted phones to us. We take extensive measures to ensure phones sold to us are done so legally. We maintain all records of customers selling to us. All phones are new unless it says CPO.
