Cerified Pre-Owned means devices that has past a 30+ point quality check. We only source phones that are in excellent condition to give you the best possible deals.
Note : These aren’t phones that have been refurbished, just phones that has previously been used and tested to certify a perfectly working , pre-loved device.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payment, Mobicred, Paypal and Payfast. These payment methods however incur an extra cost. This is because Mobicred charges us for processing of these payment methods.
We also accept COD and EFT . COD is only available in JOHANNESBURG and CAPE TOWN. This requires a non refundable R200 delivery deposit. EFT payment incurs no extra charge.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We are usually very fast with delivery (withing 2 days) but please allow up to 14 days for some orders. If you require the device urgently please enquire up front.
We offer free door to door delivery. If you require insurance please make a note of it at an extra charge ( usually 5% of product value).

How secure is my payment details?
We use Payfast to process any credit card payments. Payfast is South Africas leading payment processing company and we never see you card details.
If you are unsure about using your credit card you can use EFT payment option.
What does CPO device come with?
Certified Pre Owned Devices usually comes in the original box with charging plug and Cable. We refrain from using second hand earphones for hygienic purposes.
What are the warranties on Smartphones
All Certified Pre-Owned devices are guaranteed for 31days for faults not caused by the buyer.
Non-electrical accessories do not carry any warranty. Chargers carry 31-day guarantee
How do i know i will get my device?
We understand shopping online in South Africa particularly can be a headache. Thats why we have asked our customers to reassure you about our service to you. Simply visit our Facebook page and see our reviews for yourself
I'm new to online shopping. How does it work?
Simply browse through our list of products and check to see what you like. Then click on “add to cart” after clicking add to cart click on the cart button at the top right of your screen. When on the cart page click on “proceed to checkout”. On the checkout page fill in your details and choose the payment method you want to use. Choose EFt to make a direct transfer into our bank account. Choose Credit Card if you want to pay by Credit card or with Mobicred. Choose cash on delivery if you want to pay with cash.
When paying via EFT please email us proof of payment to email@example.com .
Can I collect from your office?
We are well aware of the risks associated with any electronics. Please make an appointment with us if you want to come collect your device from our office. We dont keep any phones at our premises. If you want to collect from our office please call and make arrangements before coming. We prefer cash due to EFT scams. Please note if we have any doubt whatsoever that your EFT is not legit we may ask you to come back once the money reflects.
